Cancellation Policy

  • We would love to host you! However, if you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, don't worry — our simple cancellation process ensures quick confirmation and fast refunds.
  • Cancellation made 10 days or more before departure: 25% refund on the remaining cost
  • Cancellation made less than 5 days before departure: No refund

  • The applicable refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 30 days after the trip completion date.
  • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or other online payment modes; no cash refunds will be provided.

Tour Plan

Arrival in Haridwar – Transfer to Joshimath

  • Arrive at Haridwar early morning and begin the scenic drive to Joshimath (approx. 275 km / 10-11 hours).
  • Pass through picturesque towns like Devprayag and Rudraprayag along the Alaknanda River.
  • Check-in at hotel in Joshimath. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY: Joshimath to Govindghat – Trek to Ghangaria

  • After breakfast, drive to Govindghat (22 km / 1 hour).
  • Begin trek from Govindghat to Ghangaria (13 km).
  • The trek route is well-marked and lined with lush greenery and waterfalls.
  • Reach Ghangaria by evening. Check-in at guesthouse/lodge for overnight stay.

DAY: Ghangaria – Trek to Valley of Flowers – Back to Ghangaria

  • Early morning trek to the Valley of Flowers (4 km one way).
  • Explore the heavenly meadows bursting with over 600 varieties of wildflowers like blue poppies, daisies, and primulas.
  • Enjoy the panoramic views and click stunning photographs.
  • Return to Ghangaria by late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY: Ghangaria – Trek to Hemkund Sahib – Back to Ghangaria

  • Trek to Hemkund Sahib, a revered Sikh shrine located at 4,329 m.
  • The 6 km steep trek offers mesmerizing views and a sacred experience.
  • Spend time at the glacier lake and gurudwara, then return to Ghangaria.
  • Dinner and rest at the lodge.

DAY: Ghangaria to Govindghat – Drive to Joshimath

  • Trek back from Ghangaria to Govindghat.
  • On arrival, drive to Joshimath. Check-in at hotel and relax.
  • Optional: Explore local sites in Joshimath such as Shankaracharya Math or Kalpavriksha.

DAY: Joshimath to Haridwar

  • Post breakfast, start the drive back to Haridwar.
  • Reach Haridwar by evening. Check-in at hotel or board a train/flight as per plan.

DAY: Departure from Haridwar

  • Tour ends after breakfast. Depart with cherished memories and amazing photographs of the Valley of Flowers.
